We offer 1-to-1 tutoring at a local library near your home.
We specialize in Reading/Language Arts, Math and Writing.
We will work with your student on his/her schoolwork, or bring in our own custom curriculum to improve skills in trouble areas.
Yes, we believe organization skills are a key to any student’s success. Therefore, we incorporate organization strategies into tutoring sessions.
Yes: We incorporate test-taking techniques into our tutoring sessions.
Ideally, our tutors will meet with your child twice a week. These meetings are typically scheduled for 1.5 hours each.
We work with you to understand your schedule constraints and then identify and work with one of our tutors that can support the identified schedule.
Each of our tutors are state licensed.
All of our tutors undergo a background check prior to working with any students.
In the event that a student/tutor do not appear to be working well together, we will work with you to find a replacement tutor that will better meet your child’s individual needs.
Yes: We work with your child to develop a learning plan that aligns and supports their IEP or 504 Plan.
The session can be re-scheduled. Out of courtesy for our tutors, we ask for a 24 hour advance notification call if a session will need to be re-scheduled.
